Republican leader Donald Trump is all set to take oath as the 47th US President, returning to the highest position of the United States after 8 years. The events are set to begin with Trump’s departure to St John’s Church and offering of service. He will then go to the Blair House, The President’s Guest House.
People have started to gather outside the US Capitol Rotunda building, where the inauguration is scheduled to be held today. The swearing-in was moved indoors for the first time in 40 years due to the extreme cold.

In the last term of Donald Trump, Melania actively travelled around the US for her “Be Best” campaign. “Over the past two years, Be Best has played a major role in spreading awareness, highlighting successful programs and acts of kindness, and encouraging public-private sector relationships to help children overcome the struggles they face every day,” she had said in her farewell speech in 2021.
In the 2024 election we saw less of Melania Trump. In an interview on Fox News’ “Fox & Friends” she revealed that she has already packed and is ready to move back into the White House. She also plans to revive her “Be Best” initiative.
Donald Trump Junior, eldest son of Donald Trump
1977 born Donald Trump Junior is the eldest child of Donald Trump from his first wife Ivana Trump. He was actively involved in his dad’s 2016 Presidential campaign. He was also active in 2020 US President campaign for his dad.

The 47 year old is father to 5 kids, or ‘smurfs’ as he fondly calls them. They are Kai Madison, 17; Donald John III, 15; Tristan Milos, 13; Spencer Frederick, 12; and Chloe Sophia Trump, 10.

‘s influence has expanded significantly, reportedly playing a key role in lobbying his father to select close friend JD Vance as vice president. He also advocated for former Democratic Representative Tulsi Gabbard and Robert F. Kennedy Jr. as the president-elect’s choices for director of national intelligence and secretary of health and human services, respectively.
Ivanka Trump, eldest daughter of Donald Trump
43 year old Ivanka is the second child and the eldest daughter of Donald Trump. Ivanka had actively campaigned for her dad last time. She moved to Washington from New York City to work in his White House as a senior adviser.

This time, Ivanka did support him but stayed away from the limelight and campaign in order to focus on her husband and kids. Ivanka is married to Jared Kushner and the couple has three kids: Arabella Rose, 13; Joseph Frederick, 11; and Theodore James Kushner, 8.
Eric Trump, the second eldest son of Donald Trump
Third eldest child of Donald Trump, Eric is a close adviser to his dad. He is more focused on running the family business and is a co-founder of a crypto platform called World Liberty Financial.
The 40 year old is married to Lara and has two kids Eric Luke, 7, and Carolina Dorothy Trump, 5.
Tiffany Trump, the youngest daughter of Donald Trump
Tiffany was a University of Pennsylvania graduate when Donald Trump was elected as the 45th President of the US in 2017. The 31 year old was involved in her dad’s presidential campaign in 2024. She is expecting her first child this year with her husband Michael Boulos, a businessman, whose dad Massad Boulos has been named to be a senior adviser on Arab and Middle Eastern affairs.
Barron Trump, the youngest child of Donald Trump
18 year old Barron Trump is the youngest child of Donald Trump. He is a freshman New York University business student. During the first term of his dad as the US President, Barron mostly stayed at Manhattan with his mom Melania so that he could finish his school year.
This time, as revealed by his mom in an interview, Barron will have a bedroom in the White House.
