Warned not to harass girl, youth stabs her father to death in Bengaluru

BENGALURU: A 22-year-old youth allegedly killed a 41-year-old man who had warned him to stop harassing his 15-year-old daughter, at Neelasandra in

Central Business

district on Saturday.
The deceased Anwar Hussain and the accused

Zaid

lived in Neelasandra.
Police said the incident took place around 9.30pm, a couple of hours after Zaid had allegedly harassed the girl near Rhenius Street.

Hussain

went near Zaid’s house and warned him against troubling the girl. In a fit of rage, Zaid stabbed Hussain in the neck.
Zaid was said to be harassing the girl for the last two months. A month ago, Hussain had warned Zaid.
