Roshan Lal is known for composing some of the most memorable songs of Hindi cinema like ‘Jo Waada Kiya Woh Nibhana Padega’, or ‘Deewana Hua Badal’. While taking through his journey, the trailer shows how his sons also carried forward his legacy.
While Rajesh Roshan also turned composer like his father, Rakesh Roshan became an actor. The trailer gives a glimpse into how Rakesh decided to turn director when he didn’t find sucsess as an actor. Cut to Hrithik Roshan, who entered the industry in 2000 and achieved superstar status. The trailer gives a glimpse of the a lot more which one can expect from the four-part series. It will feature many other industry celebs talking about the Roshans. From celebs from the music field like – Asha Bhosle, Sonu Nigam, composers Sachin Jigar and many more. Veterans like Javed Akhtar, Shatrughan Sinha also feature in this documentary as they talk about the Roshans.
It also features many actors like Shah Rukh Khan, Abhishek Bachchan, Priyanka Chopra, Preity Zinta open up on their association with the Roshans.
During the trailer launch event, Hrithik opened up on his reaction to something like this being created. He revealed that while initially, he was hesitant and did not want this to be made, he was made to realise that it wasn’t just about him but the contribution of his entire family in this.
‘The Roshans’ is set to release on Netflix on January 17. Meanwhile, Hrithik has now completed 25 years in the industry and to mark this occasion, his debut film ‘Kaho Naa…Pyaar Hai’ is set to release again on January 17.
