The actress took to her vlog to give a glimpse into the wedding festivities. The functions started with a fun pool party in the evening. From a cute hamper waiting for guests in their room, to a fun and colourful mehendi party, Smriti gave a glimpse into it.
She shared, “It is so hot in Goa in February.” She left the party post lunch and then went back as her friends forced her.
She said in the vlog, “I had changed my lehenga and then wore it back, that’s some dedication.”
Later in the day, they had a sangeet ceremony and the couple got dressed quite late.
Smriti posted several pictures of her looks from Mehendi sundowner, sangeet and Anand karaj events.
The actress also posted a few pictures with Zayed Khan, and Esha Deol.
Several actors from Bollywood like Ayushmann Khurrana, Shahid Kapoor, Bhumi Pednekar, Aditya Roy Kapoor, Ananya Pandey and others were present.
Talking about the wedding, the pair exchanged vows in a Hindu sunset ceremony on the very same day. Amidst the festivities, Jackky surprises Rakul Preet with a heartfelt gift – a song titled “Bin Tere,” penned, composed, and sung by the actor-producer himself.
