Notably, he opted not to take out a mortgage, indicating his substantial financial capability.
Brighten N40, known for its opulent residences and prime location, boasts an impressive roster of celebrity residents, including renowned television personality Yoo Jae Suk, who acquired a residence there last September for a jaw-dropping 8.7 billion KRW (approximately $6.3 million USD).
