Sean Combs denies rape allegation in 'Diddy: The Making of a Bad Boy Documentary' amid ongoing legal battles

Lawyers for Sean “Diddy” Combs have strongly denied allegations made by a California woman, Ashley Parham, who claims in the Peacock documentary

Diddy: The Making of a Bad Boy

that Combs raped her with a remote control in 2018. This documentary is part of a series that comes as Combs faces ongoing legal battles, including a federal sex trafficking trial and over 25 civil lawsuits from both men and women accusing him of sexual assault and misconduct.
In the documentary, Parham, whose face remains hidden, discusses how the alleged assault left her feeling isolated and distrustful of others. She stated that the trauma caused her to become “incredibly reclusive” and unable to trust anyone. Parham further accused Combs of assault and rape in a lawsuit filed in the U.S. District Court for Northern California. According to the lawsuit, Parham had been at a bar with another man, who allegedly FaceTimed Combs. Parham was reportedly not impressed with Combs, believing he was involved in the murder of rapper Tupac Shakur. This remark allegedly led to Combs vowing she would “pay” for what she said.
The lawsuit claims that a month later, Combs, along with his chief of staff, Kristina Khorram, arrived at the man’s house, holding a knife to Parham’s face. Parham then accused Combs of sexually assaulting her with a remote control, while Khorram allegedly threatened to have her shipped away to an unknown location, never to see her family again. Additionally, Parham’s lawyer revealed that the man Parham had been with at the time was a “scouter” for Combs.
The Contra Costa County Sheriff’s Office investigated the accusation in March 2018 but determined that the claims were unfounded. The Walnut Creek Police Department stated they only became aware of the lawsuit recently, following the mention of their involvement in the case. Combs’ legal team, in response to the allegations, asserted that the sheriff’s investigation concluded there was no evidence linking him to the incident and that the claims were completely fabricated.
Meanwhile, a chilling excerpt from the Making of a Bad Boy documentary trailer features an unnamed individual suggesting that inappropriate behavior in Combs’ studio was common, with some girls allegedly being underage.
