witnessed a major crash in its collection on third Friday, as it collected its lowest amount ever. The film, which is an official remake of Tamil film Soorarai Pottru, directed by
Sudha Kongara
earned just Rs 19 lakh on Friday, a major 46 % drop from its Thursday collection of Rs 35 lakh.
The film just completed two weeks at the box office, and minted Rs 22.55 crore, and now the total collection of the film stands at Rs 22.74 crore.
One of the major reasons for the crash on Friday collection, is the release of
Ryan Reynolds
and Hugh Jackman’s Deadpool & Wolverine which minted Rs 21.50 crore on its day 1 in India. The film, in North America has earned over US $ 47 million till early evening shows, and is heading towards US $ 55 million.
Sarfira has already been facing heat from Prabhas’

Akshay will be next seen in Khel Khel Mein, which is releasing on August 15th, followed by Sky Force on 2nd October and Singam Again on Diwali. He is also working on Housefull 5 and Welcome to the Jungle.
