Salman Khan has been constantly facing
death threats
from the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. Recently, the actor’s security has also been upgraded post Baba Siddique’s brutal assassination. Bishnoi’s gang has taken full responsibility of Baba’s death and they did so because of Baba’s close friendship with Khan. Amidst these death threats, while fans are worried about the actor’s well-being, here’s recalling the time when Salman had spoken about his signature bracelet.
The ‘Dabangg’ actor wears a blue turquoise bracelet which is almost synonymous to him and a part of his identity.
A while ago, when he was asked about the significance of this bracelet, here’s what he had said. For those not in the know, this bracelet has a stone called ‘firoza’ or turquoise which brings luck and protects from troubles. Salman himself also had agreed to it and said that it keeps negativity at bay.
A video of Khan on has gone viral on Reddit where he said, “My father always wore this and when I was growing up, it used to look cool on his hand. I used to… like how kids play with things I used to play with his bracelet. Then when I started working, he got me the exact one.”
He also added, “This stone is called Firoza. Apparently, there are only two living stones, they say. One is a Greek, and one is a Feroza. This is the turquoise. What happens with this is if there’s any negativity coming on to you, first this takes it. It gets veins in it and then it cracks. This is my seventh stone.”
On work front, Salman is currently shooting for ‘Sikander’. Th actor was last seen in ‘Tiger 3’.
