share a co-dependent relationship. There are ample examples where the paps enjoy a fun interaction with the stars, and sometimes even a few controversial remarks are also shared between them. However, most of the time the intentions behind them are not harsh. For instance, last year Saif Ali Khan’s one of statements went viral when he said to the paps, “Aisa kariye aap humare bedroom mein aa jaiye (Do one thing, come to our bedroom).”
This happened when Saif and his wife Kareena Kapoor Khan returned late at night from a party and the paps tried to capture their picture and called their names.

, Saif said, “There were about 25 cameras that walked inside the gate, into the compound, into the lobby of the building. And so the next step was the bedroom. So I did say, why don’t you guys come in.”
In the same conversation, Saif mentioned that there are times when stars themselves ask the paps to come over and click them and thus, it is a “symbiotic relationship.” He even confessed that when he is all dressed up, he doesn’t mind getting captured by the shutterbugs. However, when he is in his kurta pajama, stepping out to spend some quality time with his kids, he doesn’t enjoy the spotlight.
At the same time, Saif acknowledged that the Indian paps are far more sensitive than the ones in the West. They are quite polite and non-intrusive. They don’t take pictures if asked not to. “I think India is very special, and we have our own special relationship with the paps also. So, you know, it’s fine,” he concluded.
