is continuing with its marvelous run at the box office. The film in the second week, added Rs 13.6 crore into its kitty, taking the overall collection of the film to Rs 31.45 crore

But, in the second week due to strong word of mouth, and good audience connection,
Srikanth
raced ahead in its collection and left the Apes franchise way behind.
Srikanth in the second weekend minted Rs 8.25 crore, and as it entered the weekday, it did business of more than a crore on all four days. On Monday, the film earned Rs 1.5 crore, on Tuesday the collections dropped a bit to Rs 1.25 crore, and on Wednesday it touched RS 1.20 crore, and on Thursday the film’s collection spiked to Rs 1.40 crore as per early estimates by Sacnilk.
The film also got a lot of love from the industry, especially from
Ranveer Singh
and
Akshay Kumar
. Taking to
stories,
Ranveer
wrote, “An uplifting story & a beautiful performance from a special actor. Congrats to the team of #Srikanth.” Akshay, on the other hand wrote, “Nothing is impossible. #Srikanth is a must watch! Picture dekh ke mazza aa gaya. Rajkummar Rao, bhai ab toh acting classes shuru kar de. You are simply brilliant.” Replying to him, Rao wrote , “Thank you so much my dearest Akshay sir. Aapse hi seekhte hai sir. You’re the best.”
