has denied rumours about his alleged arrest in
Dubai
. He urged his followers not to believe such false news.
Pakistani media recently reported that Rahat was arrested in Dubai due to a
defamation complaint
by his
former manager
. The singer, known for his contributions to many Indian film songs, was in Dubai for a musical project.
The reports claimed that he was detained at the immigration center and taken into police custody for questioning.
Geo TV reported that Rahat’s former manager, Ahmed, had filed complaints against him with Dubai authorities. The report mentioned that Rahat and Ahmed had a falling out a few months ago, resulting in both parties filing cases against each other.

To clarify the situation, Rahat released a video on his Instagram, stating, “I came to Dubai to record a song. Some malicious reports are circulating about my arrest. Please do not believe them.”
