Kriti Sonali, 32, weighed as high as 100 kilos during her pregnancy. “I gained some 25 kilos during my pregnancy and experienced bad postpartum depression,” she shares with Etimes Lifestyle. Being overweight affected her health and self-confidence.

I came across this beautiful

community called Reshape Nation via Facebook. Got on a call with my coach, understood the things, planned to get started, and it was probably the best decision of my life,” Kriti shares.
