has shared a heartfelt post on Instagram about her struggles with various

health issues

. In her lengthy message, Neha revealed that she has been diagnosed with Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (

PMDD

), Obsessive Compulsive Personality Disorder (

OCPD

), and

Fibromyalgia

. Although the

diagnosis

was made two years ago, she has known for a long time that she wasn’t feeling her best.

Neha expressed her difficulties in a long note, saying, “I want to say a lot but I really don’t know where to even begin or how to consolidate the helpless hell I am experiencing. After years of knowing something is off. Finally with more awareness medically today comes the diagnosis
(on paper since 2 years, I have known since I was 20) which helps get the right treatments for the mental and hormonal illnesses and with all of this comes major realization and then the acceptance that At least for now my nervous system feels broken.”
She described the impact of her conditions, including monthly fatigue, body aches,

anxiety

, and

depression

. Bhasin mentioned her efforts to manage these issues through

cognitive therapy

, yoga, reduced screen time, and spending time with loved ones. Despite her efforts, she still struggles with PMDD, which brings on periods of severe emotional distress.

The Kuchh Khaas hitmaker also shared her realization about Fibromyalgia and the need to rest, as advised by her therapist. She reflected on how her ongoing pain and challenges have made her question her achievements and how she pushes through difficulties.

In a poignant moment, Neha recounted seeing an elderly man struggling in the rain and feeling a deep sense of guilt and sadness. She ended her post by acknowledging her pain and expressing a need to come to terms with it, stating, “All pain is real to the sufferers and right now I am in pain. Loads of it.”
