is expecting her first child with her husband

. The family recently hosted a

baby shower

for the expecting mother and many of her dear friends including Sonam Kapoor and Rhea Kapoor were present.
On Monday evening, Masaba dropped a series of pictures from her baby shower on

Instagram

. Her

family portrait

was complete with her pet pooch also making its presence felt in the frame.

She shared the pictures and captioned, “Me and my 3 heartbeats.”
In the picture, Masaba can be seen showing off her baby bump and posing with Satyadeep, and their pooch. Masaba wore a custom-made warm taupe dress with a plunging neckline. She added diamond and emerald jewellery to elevate it and look graceful.

Masaba and Satyadeep tied the knot in January 2023. The couple announced their

pregnancy

in April this year. In a recent interview with Harper’s Bazaar, the ace designer spoke about how she was initially taken aback by the pregnancy’s physical toll. She spoke about being ‘worried’ about her body completely changing in November or December and spoke about how she became a completely transformed human being upon conceiving. She also spoke about how her perspective evolved after her pregnancy.

Masaba, who is very conscious about her fitness and leading a healthy lifestyle, also makes sure to not miss her workouts during pregnancy. Earlier this month she shared a video of her working out on Instagram.
