On July 22, Khushalii, the daughter of the late singer
Gulshan Kumar
, expressed her sorrow in an emotional note shared on Instagram.
She shared some pictures with Tishaa and wrote, “Our princess Tishaa, it breaks my heart that you are gone. It was not your time to go; we wanted to see you grow, see you in your wedding dress, not see you like this. Gone too soon. Rest in peace, my little sister.”
The last slide in her post had a quote: “Losing a loved one is torture, especially for those left behind. They say time heals all wounds. It doesn’t. It just patches a broken heart. It doesn’t get any easier over time. You just learn to live with the pain.”

Tishaa, the daughter of
Krishan Kumar
(Gulshan Kumar’s brother), succumbed to a prolonged battle with
cancer
in Germany last week at the young age of 20. Tishaa’s last public appearance was at the premiere of Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s ‘Animal’ in November of last year.
In addition to Khushalii, Gulshan Kumar’s family includes two other children: singer
Tulsi Kumar
and
Bhushan Kumar
, who oversees T-Series alongside Tishaa’s father, Krishan Kumar.
