Khan. Lalita worked as a paediatric nurse for Taimur and Jeh for eight years and has worked with many celebrity kids in the past. During a chat with India Today, Lalita said that during Taimur’s time, her salary was being compared to that of PM. “My relatives would say ‘Lalita, you are paid more than the PM. I said I wish,” she laughed.
She further added that even corporate executives have fixed working hours but as a nurse, she works round the clock and there are no holiday. She thus, justified her right to charge more money. “My question was that I am working 24×7, no holidays, I am on duty round the clock. Any corporate person works 9-5 at an executive level, they get weekends, family vacations, Diwali, Christmas everything. What am I getting? If there is Diwali, Christmas, summer vacations, I am out of the country. So I have the right to take that much money,” said Lalita.
