On June 12 and 13, he accompanied Puja to the collector’s office and resorted to “objectionable conduct” with staffers for not arranging her a cabin after she was appointed an assistant collector on June 3.

Though TOI tried to contact Dilip Khedkar, his phone was found switched off while text messages remained unanswered till the time of going to press.
Meanwhile, the city police revoked the firearm licence issued to Puja’s mother, Manorama Khedkar, top cop Amitesh Kumar said.
