Educational institutions from Telangana bought bonds worth crores

Not just pharma and realty firms, educational institutions from Telangana, too, bought electoral bonds worth crores of rupees, ECI records show. The list includes Sri Chaitanya Students Facility Management, Varsity Education Management, and T Sharks Overseas Education Consultancy.

While Sri Chaitanya purchased bonds worth Rs 10 crore on April 8, 2022, and Rs 6 crore on Jan 11, 2024, Varsity Education, an entity of Sri Chaitanya Educational Institutions, bought bonds for Rs 2 crore on April 8, 2022. T Sharks bought Rs 4 crore worth of bonds on July 12, 2023.
