BSF jawan roasts papad on sand in Bikaner

The rising temperature in North India is alarming, so much so that recently IMD announced a red alert in Delhi, Haryana, and Uttar Pradesh.
While we all are struggling in the heat and looking for some respite, a BSF jawan decided to do something fun in the heat in Bikaner, that took the internet by storm. Scroll down to read the details.
As per a video doing rounds on social media, a BSF jawan roasted papad in Bikaner’s sand as the city temperature soared to 47 degrees.

In the video, a BSF jawan in his uniform is seen placing a papad under the sand and rubbing his fingers on the hot sand. And after a few seconds, he removes the sand and picks the partially roasted papad and divides it into parts. The video has gone viral on social media and garnered more than 14.8K views. The video was originally posted on X handle of BSF India.
The video has received mixed responses from users. In a comment, a user appreciated the jawan and wrote, “Salute and respect for these guys. Why need Avengers when you have BSF, CRPF and Indian Army.” Another comment read, “Huge respect for military heroes.”

Well, the rising temperature has surely raised concerns and it is important to take care of health and diet. As per experts, it is important to take care of the followings
Stay hydrated: It is important to drink water or take a sip after every hour to stay hydrated.
Eat seasonal fruits: It is said to eat fruits like watermelon, mangoes, and muskmelons as they help protect from water loss and give you energy.
Sleep well: After a hectic day out in the sun, make sure to take a good sleep of 8-9 hours to let the body recover from the loss of energy.
Eat onions: As per experts, eating raw onions during summers help protect from heatstroke and help balance loss of water content in the body.
