Rinku, a former
Congress
MLA, switched to the Aam Aadmi Party on April 23 last year.
The following day, he was announced as the
AAP
candidate for the Jalandhar parliamentary constituency.
Bharatiya Janata Party may field Rinku from Jalandhar to contest the 2024 Lok Sabha election.
