2024 was not all about lavish parties, extravagant outfits, and blockbuster films for Bollywood biggies. It was also about our popular Bollywood couples moving towards their happily ever after. From grand celebrations to intimate weddings, one thing that remained constant was their iconic show of bridal wear which stood out to be an inspiration for many. From Aditi Rao Hydari to Sonakshi Sinha, here are some of the best Bollywood wedding looks we saw this year.

Fans were eagerly waiting for Bollywood’s Bibbojaan’s wedding look, and Aditi mesmerised them with two iconic looks that topped the wedding palette on every girl’s bridal moodboard. She first wore a stunning golden and beige Sabyasachi sari with an open pallu look and teamed it with a traditional choker, earrings, and a stack of bangles. For her second wedding, she wore a Sabyasachi red plain lehenga with detailed embroidery around the bottom of the lehenga and teamed it with a full-sleeved plain blouse. Completing the look with a sheer dupatta, Aditi looked like an iconic royal queen.

The newlywed bride of this season Sobhita Dhulipala tied the knot on December 4 with Naga Chaitanya in an intimate wedding ceremony. Embracing her South Indian roots, she opted for a stunning golden Kanjeevaram silk sari and teamed it with a same-shade half-sleeved heavy embroidered blouse. Staying true to her culture, she wore a beautiful choker, a pair of earrings, a maang tika, iconic armlets, and a stunning vaddanam.

The perfect pastel bride is here, as Rakul Preet Singh opted for a pink and ivory touch custom lehenga from Tarun Tahiliani with hand-floral embroidery and delicate floral motifs embellished all over the bodice. She teamed it with a mesh-finish full-sleeves blouse and opted for a stunning dupatta draped from her waist which went over her head. Adding a glamorous touch, she added Swarovski crystals to her outfit which looked iconic.

Opting for an intimate wedding, Sonakshi Sinha wore her mother’s 44-year-old ivory sari featuring minimal white embroidery with neat drapes and left her pallu open on one side. She teamed it with a same-shade half-sleeves blouse with a scoop neckline and complemented the look with an elegant choker with matching earrings. Sonakshi further tied her hair into a classy bun and adorned it with white subtle flowers.

Tying the knot with her long-time sweetheart, Kriti Kharbanda embraced the hues of pink and wore a heavily embroidered lehenga set from the racks of Anamika Khanna. Her lehenga had scallop detailing, whereas her matching blouse had short sleeves and a deep neckline which added a contemporary touch to the whole outfit. The diva also carried a stunning dupatta and opted for heavily embellished bridal jewellery, giving a regal and classy touch.
