issuing a notice, demanding the actor’s cooperation in the ongoing investigation.

According to the reports from 123 Telugu website, Rachakonda Police Commissioner Sudheer Babu spoke to the media and said that Mohan Babu would be arrested if he does not turn up for the investigation. He further added that Mohan Babu had requested the court for time till December 24, which was allowed by the court. Commissioner Sudheer Babu added that during the investigation, the actor has to produce a valid medical certificate to prove his health condition.

“Mohan Babu had requested some time till December 24. Even the court has permitted him. We will proceed as per law and arrest Mohan Babu if he doesn’t cooperate with us and attend the investigation after December 24,” stated the Commissioner.
With the continuous family tussle on, Commissioner Sudheer Babu is said to have clarified that three cases are separately filed including one lodged by Mohan Babu against his son Manchu Manoj, the second by Manoj, and the third case in respect of the assault of the journalist. The case for the assault is under investigation where necessary medical reports are being gathered to understand the nature of injuries.
Amidst these legal developments, Mohan Babu reportedly met the injured journalist at the hospital, a move perceived as an attempt to address the controversy. Additionally, Commissioner Sudheer Babu clarified that Mohan Babu’s firearms do not fall under the Rachakonda Commissionerate limits. Acting on the Rachakonda police’s recommendation, the actor has surrendered his weapons at the Chandragiri Police Station in Chittoor.
