NEW DELHI: Two people were killed and nine others were injured on Wednesday after a bus overturned near

Phiringia

in

Odisha

. The accident occurred at a turning in Phiringia as confirmed by Chittaranjan Mahanta, SDM, Phulbani. The injured have been admitted to the hospital for treatment and there were around 50 passengers on the bus at the time of the accident, Mahanta added.
Ashish Iswar Patil, Collector & DM of Kandhmal, said, “We are taking every step for the treatment and helping the deceased.”
